Returns and Exchange
We at Rafraf want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, hence we provide you with the exact measurements, information and pictures of the product. There are no cancellations. All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process. However, we'll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Please contact customer service within 24 hours from the date of your order. All sales are final sale, no return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations will be permitted.

Order cancellations
At Rafraf our most important rule is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that the sooner you inform us the better! We dispatch our orders within 24 hours so be sure to let us know about any cancellations at your earliest.

Cancellation of your order will depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, shipment takes place within one business day. Hence, we give you the possibility to cancel your order at a much earlier stage. If this is the case, please send us an order cancellation request to Rafraf Customer Service via email at cs@rafraf.com.pk.

However, if your order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. Your best option then is to return the item for a redeemable voucher. Please note that in our efforts to deliver unmatched customer service, we aim to ship your order as soon as possible.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive your order and it contains any incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please contact us right away. We have policies in place to take care of such issues for you, and we welcome the chance to make things right. Please refer to the information below for further assistance:

  • Contact us by phone and/or email IMMEDIATELY, and be sure to include your name, order number, and the name or item code of the problem item(s).
  • If you cannot contact us right away, be sure to call or email within one (1) business day of receiving your package. If you contact us regarding an incorrect, damaged, or defective item past this five (1) day period, we may be limited in how we are able to best assist you.
  • Please do NOT mail back any incorrect, damaged, or defective items without advance confirmation from Rafraf.com.pk. This is very important!
  • In most cases we will provide you with a postage pre-paid envelope that you can use to return the problem item(s). Each order is handled individually, though, so we may offer you an alternate solution.
